  22. OK, I made another draft of the license and accompnaying
  23. material, attempting to take into account the points brought
  24. to my attention, either via private e-mail, or by discussion
  25. on this list.  I have streamlined the license and added an
  26. explanatory section, as Chris suggested; good idea, there
  27. was a lot of redundancy in the first draft.  I think what I've
  28. got here is more clear and so on...but I still want feedback.

  30. Here's what I need to hear:

  32. * What isn't clear?  Are the examples sufficient, or too much?
  33. * Format of the documents...do you like/dislike what I've done?
  34.     (Especially authors, to do, and so on...)
  35. * Is anything missing?
  36. * Is something too verbose?  How might I trim it down?  (As is
  37.     now obvious to most, I get a bit wordy...)
  38. * Anything you don't like?  How might it be changed to make it
  39.     better?

  41. The explanations try to explain my rationales better, hopefully
  42. things will make even more sense this time around.  Also, there
  43. was very little discussion about the charter document, and none
  44. on the others (or nearly none).  What about them?

  52. You don't need both; the MiscKit distribution has the license and
  53. other files in it already.  Also, the distribution isn't completely
  54. cleaned up and transferred over yet, so bear with me.  At least it
  55. compiles, but I haven't had time to do much testing... even so,
  56. comments are welcome.
